A Falcon Force representative plays a vital role within the Pottsgrove Booster Club. As a key liaison between our dedicated athletes, coaching staff, and parents, you’ll play an essential part in shaping the future of our athletic program.

Your Responsibilities:
- Communication: Frequent interaction with coaching staff ensures alignment and coordination. Your insights will help shape our booster club’s initiatives.
- Advocacy: Be the voice of our sports teams, advocating for their needs and celebrating their achievements.
- Partnership: Attend monthly Booster Club meetings to help shape how we best support all Pottsgrove Athletic Teams

Guidelines for Falcon Force Team Representatives
Each sports team is expected to recruit a team representative and an alternate from among the families/supporters of the team members and/or coaches. We encourage participation from underclass parents, to facilitate a smooth transition from year-to-year.
Falcon Force representatives are not necessarily responsible for being the only person from the teams who participate in Booster Club activities. Its responsibility is to ensure that, when needed, it can provide the Booster Club with volunteer parents and athletes from their sport to carry out the club’s projects. Other duties include securing Booster Club memberships from the families involved in the sport represented, working with the coaches to establish and communicate the sport’s annual needs, and communicating Booster Club projects regularly to parents of the sport represented.
A Falcon Force Team Representative is expected to:
- Attending all Booster Club general meetings. Be prepared to represent the coaches and sport on all issues. If you cannot attend a meeting, the alternate representative or coaching staff member may serve as a substitute. Coordinate efforts with the team alternate representative.
- Actively participate as needed in at least one fund raising initiative during the year.
- Encourage booster club memberships from team parents, friends and fans directly involved in the sport represented.
- Secure volunteers from the sport represented when support is needed for various booster club activities including concessions.
- Work with the coaching staff to establish annual needs of the sport represented.
- Communicate booster club projects and initiatives regularly to all parents form the sport represented.
